Design
We develop the project and obtain all the necessary approvals and licenses. If you have your own project, we will adapt it to the Spanish legislation and to the relevant plot of land. We provide an opportunity to make changes throughout the entire construction process.

Construction
Our desire for creating the most comfortable accommodation is achieved by using AUTOCLAVED AERATED CONCRETE BLOCKS as the material which is yet little-known in Spain. Aerated concrete walls are pre-fabricated, environmentally friendly and have a high level of thermal and acoustic insulation. At the same time, they are breathable and vapour permeable. This means that it will be warm in winter andcool in summer.
In addition, all our projects provide an efficient double ventilation system. You will never deal with such a serious coast living problem as mold again.
In all the projects we use a solar water heating system based on vacuum pipes collector. That reduces your electricity or gas costs nearly THREE times.
Our construction sites are completed with aluminum window sliding system by an Italian brand "Linea Rossa" with a single-chamber double-glazing and armored glass. The window systems are installed by using polyurethane foam, which protects your house not only from wind and dust, but also improves thermal and sound insulation, as well as antivandalic protection.

We have a pool of verified manufacturers of materials and suppliers of accessories. Although we will coordinate with you the brands and models of everything that will be in your house. From windows and doors to the light bulb.

Quality Control
Our experience allows us to achieve high quality construction. Technical supervision is provided during each stage of development. At the same time, if desired, we can install a video surveillance system on the construction site, so you could monitor the building of your house at any time.
